We will be available to discuss questions you may have and provide advice prior to and during the home buying or remortgage process, through to completion.
We will regularly and persistently liaise with the chosen lender for speedy advancement of your application and endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We will liaise with your solicitors and keep you updated on progress
We will provide you with competitive Building and Contents insurance from our panel of insurers. As buildings insurance is a condition of your mortgage offer, we will have this ready for you and will provide details to your solicitors for you before you exchange contracts.
Our Commitment To You
We will then carry out the research, based on all the lender’s schemes available in the market.
We will make recommendations to fit your objectives and discuss with you and obtain your approval.
We will package your application and we will copy and certify your original documents. We will then send these to the lender.
We will then be the lender’s point of contact. This will enable us to deal swiftly with any issues raised by the lender.
We will make sure the valuation or survey is instructed as soon as possible.
We will pursue the valuer and lender for return of the valuation report.
We will discuss with you any issues raised on the valuation report. Suggest resolutions and actions required to resolve any problems arising.
We will liaise with your solicitors and check that they have been provided with all the lending documents.
We will check with the Formal Offer of Mortgage ensuring that it is correct and apply for amendments if required. We will check your understanding and also that the solicitor has received their copy.
We will then continue to liaise with your solicitor, keeping you informed of progress and advise you of anticipated exchange and completion dates.
As part of our customer care commitment, we would visit all of our clients
once they have moved into their new home to review our advice as well
as to make sure that the products that we recommended are in
force and to answer any queries about these.
